Precision Aviation Group (PAG), a leading provider of products and value-added services to the aerospace and defense industries worldwide, has appointed Kyle McGillivray to the newly created role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

His diverse background includes over 16 years of Aviation related HR roles. Throughout his career, he has delivered results in global human resources activities. PAG added the CHRO position from the deep-rooted understanding that people are the company’s most-valuable asset. Kyle brings over 25 years of professional experience from a variety of industries to PAG. His extensive experience in global, multi-site organizations in the manufacturing and aerospace industries is a perfect match for PAG.
