SkyTeam has appointed Laura Abraham as Head of Digital and Technology, effective immediately, as the global airline alliance strengthens its efforts to deliver the most seamless and integrated customer experience.
Abraham replaces Christian Oberlé and joins SkyTeam from member Delta Air Lines, where she has worked for seven years in positions of increasing responsibility across Technology, Consumer Insights and Alliances - most recently as Director of CX Innovation & Tech Strategy.
In her new role, Abraham will oversee SkyTeam’s central IT organization, collaborating with member airlines to pioneer new innovation and digital strategies that redefine connectivity and efficiency in global aviation.

Abraham also has a passion for DE&I initiatives having served as VP of Delta’s SHE Business Resource group and as a member of the airline’s International DE&I steering committee.
Before joining Delta, Abraham was Director of PMO for Western Union and prior to that, led and accelerated various technology efforts at United Airlines.
