Job Description:
Principal functions:
- Perform electrical assembly, integration and modification of electrical systems (harness routing, electrical connection, soldering, crimping... ).
- Perform basic electrical tests (continuity, bonding, insulation, DC high voltage...).
- Ensure continuous improvement.
- Perform first level quality inspection.
- Inputs: Raw materials, tools, standard parts and components, documentation (technical instruction, work order, test procedure, job card, etc).
- Outputs: Assembly ready for integration or assembly integrated with associated production documentation in the product.
Requirements:
- Fundamental electrical laws: Ohm's Law.
- Experience in cable welding.
- Detection of bypasses Isolation measures.
- Use of measuring equipment: Multimeters, Oscilloscope, others
- Experience in connector assembly and regulations: RJ-XX, Sub-D (Clamped/Soldered Pins).
- Experience in cable types and identification.
- English: level B1.
- Data consultation in 3D programs: Catia, AutoCAD, Solidworks.
- Experience in extensometry will be valued.
