Aircraft Base Maintenance Manager to join our team at Birmingham Hangar. As a key player in the UK’s leading MRO organisation, you will lead the production team, oversee high-quality aircraft maintenance, and ensure operations align with company goals. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safety and compliance across the production maintenance environment.
- Lead the production team in delivering high-quality aircraft maintenance services for multiple customers.
- Organise, measure, and control team performance to meet company goals and objectives.
- Oversee resource and capacity management in coordination with the Resource Administrator.
- Set clear expectations and lead the production team with professionalism and strong leadership.
- Support and develop operational systems to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide leadership, direction, and management with a results-oriented approach.
- Drive change, adaptability, and agility within the production team.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role within aviation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of aviation safety and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in communication, management, and interpersonal skills.
- Competent in IT, including Microsoft Office applications.
