Key responsibilities:
- Daily LHRHUB capacity management
- Daily warehouse walkaround and liaising with operation supervisors
- Booking checks
- Daily airline capacity management (increase/decrease capacity)
- NRU & FTR updates
- Liaising with NCC for airline handling instructions
- Schedule changes (summer/winter)
- CALMS & RAFI daily changes
- Flight sheet allocation and daily update creation
- Performance reporting tasks (e.g., daily operations brief)
- Contingency planning
- Mid-term forecasting and capacity management
- Airline meetings
- Local stakeholder meetings with operational teams
You’ll bring to this role:
- A safety first attitude. You must conduct yourself in an orderly manner within the workplace, ensuring that correct uniform and PPE is worn when required.
- Strong planning knowledge
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Experience in route planning & fleet management
- Well-versed in industry regulations & standards
- A proven track record in negotiations, particularly in managing contracts, partnerships, or service agreements
- Customer service or sales experience within the airline sector is essential
- A focus on developing and maintaining client relationships, handling customer inquiries, and driving sales growth.
- DHL Network Operational Experience or Knowledge
- Grade C / Grade 4 English and Maths GCSE or Equivalent
