Job Description:
• Collaborate closely with the segment President, executive, and senior leadership teams to translate organizational strategies into actionable plans and advance strategic initiatives.
• Responsible for driving the segment business rhythm, to include scheduling, creating templates, consolidating content, and following up on action items for re-occurring business and functional reviews.
• For key engagements / meetings, owns agenda creation and materials, briefing speakers, circulating and ensuring action items are communicated and completed.
• Frame and conduct analyses and research needed to support the IMS segment, aligning with business objectives at the enterprise level.
• Lead projects and short-term deep dives, structure and execute analyses, communicate findings to leadership, determine plan to execute and implement solutions.
• Leverage cross-functional knowledge and relationships to understand issues, trends, and perspectives. Identify challenges across the organization and create processes to solve them.
• Partners closely with all sector and functions to align operations with strategy.
• Identifies the right teams, drives collaboration across the segment, implements processes, and gets in front of potential issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related or Graduate degree with a minimum of 13 years of years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior realted experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Additional prior functional / IPT lead experiences (e.g. – Supply Chain Management, Materials, Finance, etc.).
- Experience working cross-functionally and ability to effectively communicate to accomplish strategic vision of Program Management Excellence Organization (PMEO).
- Critical thinking and problem solving, attention to detail and quality of product deliverables.
- Experience working DoD projects in a Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) environment.
