Job Description:
The International Central Sales team is seeking someone to manage the following countries: Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, and Croatia.
Essential Functions:
- Find solutions and drive tasks in the Rochester office in support of the remotely located Sales Team
- Provide quotes/responses/proformas on RFQs.
- Review all quotes for technical configuration compatibility and suggest new products to replace old ones as appropriate.
- Provide technical support and answers to customers and dealers
- Product demonstration lead for international demonstrations
- Maintain Sales Opportunities and Prospects with forecast team to ensure required changes are updated in CRM and Oracle
- Support Program Managers in gathering cost information and accurate system configurations for large proposals
- Support entertainment activities and prepare logisitics for customer visits
Qualifications:
Requires proficient knowledge of job area. May have practical knowledge of project management. Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
Additional Skills:
- Microsoft Tools Proficiency – Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Familiarity with L3Harris TCOM radio products
- Knowledge of RF Communications
- Proficiency in reading and understanding Schematics and/or Block Diagrams
- Experience in communicating directly with customers on a regular basis
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont, Washington State and New York State is $72,000 - $121,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
