About the Role:We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Head of Charters to lead our dynamic charter team in Dubai. This role requires a hands-on leader with a background in private charter brokerage, a proven ability to generate revenue, and the skills to develop and manage strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have access to an extensive CRM system, enabling them to leverage a vast client base while driving business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team, shape strategy, and contribute significantly to the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Team Management: - Oversee daily operations of the Charter Team, ensuring efficiency and high performance.
- Lead, motivate, and coach team members to achieve and exceed targets.
- Provide regular feedback, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities for the team.
Business Development and Revenue Growth: - Actively generate revenue through lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships to expand market presence and drive long-term growth.
- Leverage CRM tools to identify opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
Client and Account Management: - Ensure all client enquiries are managed swiftly and effectively to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
- Implement proactive account management strategies to build trust and encourage repeat business.
- Oversee the accurate completion of client files and manage enquiry action plans.
Strategic Planning and Market Insights: - Analyze market trends and client needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies that align with company goals.
Qualifications and Skills: - Experience:
- Significant experience in private charter brokerage with a proven track record of closing deals in a competitive sales environment.
- Leadership:
- Demonstrated ability to manage, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Strong sales acumen with a history of identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Experience managing key accounts and building long-term client relationships.
- Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and drive results.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
