Executive Assitant to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group!

This role reports directly to our CMO (Chief Marketing Officer), providing executive support to him and his team. This is an excellent and rare opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic and hard working person to join a busy and thriving team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to become involved in ongoing projects within the department to allow them to develop both personally and professionally.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Providing support to the Chief Marketing Officer through a variety of administrative tasks.
- Extensive diary management; setting up internal and external meetings and coordinating schedules.
- Coordinate heavy and complex travel arrangements, including: flight bookings, reservations and itineraries.
- Must possess extremely strong organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels, both internally and externally, as well as varied cultural backgrounds and creative personalities.
- Ability to maintain organisation while effectively managing multiple tasks.
- Adaptable and able to learn quickly and efficiently.
- Must possess a high degree of professionalism & ability to handle highly confidential information.
- Ability to work in a challenging and fast pace environment.
- Possess ability to work in a team environment across multiple functions and have an interest in Marketing.
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- A minimum of 1+ years’ experience in a Executive Assistant role
- A fast thinker with a positive attitude and a friendly, open, approachable personality
- Excellent level of written English withs strong attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills especially with Microsoft Office package
- Strong organisational skills, an ability to multi-task
- Experience with working under pressure and to tight deadlines
