L3Harris is in search of a candidate to fill this entry-level role. The role is designed to support the sustainment portfolio by managing administrative tasks critical to program success. Responsibilities include processing customer purchase orders, overseeing RMA assignment, sales order maintenance, and assisting with customer communication/deliverables. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain foundational experience with program management, serving as a pipeline for career growth within the organization. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, the ability to balance and keep track of competing priorities, and a willingness to learn the intricacies of our business.
Essential Functions:
- Execute key administrative tasks such as processing customer purchase orders (POs) and tracking repair units, providing hands-on exposure to essential program workflows
- Process and track customer purchase orders (POs) to ensure accurate and timely execution of transactions.
- Manage the assignment and tracking of Return Material Authorization (RMA) numbers to facilitate repair processes.
- Set up and maintain sales orders in our ERP, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Assist with maintaining customer communication channels.
- Accurately input data and maintain organized records to support program reporting and compliance.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Work closely with Integrated Program Team (IPT) to execute tasks, as needed.
- Provide regular updates on progress and flag potential issues.
- Engage in opportunities to expand your knowledge of program management principles.
- Actively participate in training and mentorship opportunities to build skills necessary for advancement in program management discipline.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical discipline (Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, etc.), Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Must be eligible for security clearance.
