About the team
Our Engineering Team in Huizen is responsible for the development of a competitive product portfolio. From these building blocks we make customer specific solutions that are installed in Military Vehicles and support the crew with all their communication and situational awareness needs.
You will be a member of a multidisciplinary teams of hardware (electronics, mechanics), test engineers and specialists who work together on the development of new communications products. These teams work together with internal departments and external companies for the realization of our products, often in an international environment. Most projects can be characterized as highly innovative and do have a high technological level.
About your future job
Your responsibility as Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) engineer is basically ensuring that our products are complying to the HSE regulations as part of CE and REACH and RoHS regulations and those in a select group foreign country.
You will be gathering compiling evidence which will then allow a complete HSE analyses of our products at a component and materials level to generate a complete HSE report of the Product with all the used substances. This report will be the background of the Declaration of Conformity (DoC).
Providing HSE related advice and guidance to the hardware engineers within in the development team and act as an information contact point for HSE questions.
Helping keep the Engineering team and other stakeholders up to date and monitor the continuously and rapidly changing landscape of complexities HSE regulations within the EU and in foreign countries.
Why you'd be a good match
We are looking for a colleague with a Bachelor degree with a technical background.
You have experience with Eco product design. You have knowledge of Health and Safety standards like IOS45001 or Environmental standards like ISO14001.
You are familiar with the RoHS, REACH and CE HSE related regulations.
You like to work in multifunctional development teams.
