We are seeking an experienced and results-driven MRO Sales Manager with specific expertise in Embraer executive jets to join our Dallas, TX team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and strengthening relationships with our executive aviation clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the executive aviation MRO business, with a focus on Embraer executive jets.
Identify, prospect, and build relationships with high-value clients, including operators, owners, and fleet managers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing tailored MRO solutions and exceptional service for Embraer aircraft.
Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing to meet both client needs and company goals.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, engineering, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth, particularly in the Embraer segment.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in the MRO or executive aviation industry, with specific expertise in Embraer executive jets.
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Embraer aircraft, MRO services, and the executive aviation market.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly within the Embraer customer base.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, aviation management, or a related field (preferred).
Willingness to travel as required.
