Position Summary:
Seeking a dynamic leader for the Site Lead for EIS, reporting to the RTX Identity & Access Management Lead, is responsible for overseeing multi-disciplined infrastructure functions at the site level. As the Site Lead, you will ensure the seamless integration of corporate infrastructure objectives and strategic initiatives, driving operational excellence across various infrastructure domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting and oversee the execution of the EIS team vision and roadmap strategy. Focusing on opportunities and innovation to streamline operations and drive optimization
- Manage the site's infrastructure operations, including business operations, strategy, and operational excellence.
- Drive policy compliance, security awareness, EIS strategy, and functions for the site
- Ensure alignment of priorities with the organization's business strategy and compliance requirements.
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration, Lead related disciplines supporting the broader organization, including organizational change management, communications, project management, and transformation & maturity
- Partner with multiple EIS functions to integrate processes and execute the EIS team portfolio. Engage with the EIS leadership team to facilitate decision-making, allocate resources
- Responsible for supporting EIS Business Operations, improvement targets and initiatives.
Qualifications you must have:
- Experience in leading, cross regional, multi-disciplined, high performing infrastructure teams
- Extensive experience in direct supervision and people management, including overseeing a cross-functional team, setting goals, providing performance evaluations and feedback, and offering direction and support,
- Knowledgeable of the EIS Team mission, deliver results for stakeholder and customer(s)
- Experience with organizational change management and Portfolio and project management.
- Proven ability to lead and ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders. Presentation experience delivering information to senior executive leadership
- Ability to use Microsoft Office tools, Visio, MS Project
- Requires a University Degree and a minimum 12 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 10 years’ experience.
