JSG is hiring a Human Resources Assistant II - TRAINING for the Training Dept in HQ downtown Los Angeles. Schedule: 9/80 with every other Friday off - HYBRID ROLE
Pay rate: $37-$42Responsibilities:
- Employee Recognition Program: Manage the points site, distribute pins, and organize service award luncheons.
- Training Support: Assist with MyLearning administration (entering rosters, running reports) and support in-person and virtual trainings.
- Survey Design: Design and administer surveys to gather feedback on training and development initiatives.
- LinkedIn Learning: Promote LinkedIn Learning resources to employees.
- Job Spotlight Program: Manage the Job Spotlight program and related activities.
- Administrative Duties: Provide general administrative support to the Training team.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Education: Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university (Bachelor’s Degree highly desirable).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment, preferably with training experience.
- Skills:
- Expertise in MS Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Canva for designing materials.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage competing priorities.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Conduct basic research and prepare supporting reports and documents.
- Learn methods for analyzing business processes and preparing budgets.
- Coordinate training programs and prepare administrative and financial reports.
- Follow instructions and communicate clearly with team members and other departments.
- Operate office equipment, including computers and word processing applications.
- Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
This role requires someone who is personable, flexible, and organized with a strong ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
