Ryanair are currently recruiting for a
Customer Research Executive to join Europe’s largest airline group.
This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests per year within the next 10 years.
The successful candidate will work in the Customer Research team and spend your time getting fully immersed in the world and mindset of our customers. You will become the voice of the customer within the team and contribute towards the wider marketing strategy. Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering CSAT report and insights – weekly, monthly and quarterly.
- Deliver Customer service CSAT reports and insights, including ad hoc deep dives on request.
- Deliver our internal and external Brand Tracker and work closely with the wider marketing team to feed into yearly strategy.
- Support in running ad-hoc customer research projects including design, creation and analysis of quantitative and qualitative studies.
- Support in analytical analysis through tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python or related tools.
- Become an integral member of the team and represent the Customer Research team across the business, including engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Managing our internal CSAT space, sharing customer insights across the entire business and working to educate all staff on CSAT.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 experience in research field or similar
- Good understanding of research methodology and how to apply them, including designing research material (surveys, discussion guides etc.)
- Experience working with research tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python and working with agencies.
- Ability to share insights in clear and concise way.
- Fluent in spoken and written English. Additional languages are a plus.
- A positive, can-do attitude. Willing to throw yourself in and learn on the job.
- Office Package (mainly Excel)
