What You’ll Be Doing
We’re looking for a dedicated Flight Operations Support Coordinator to join our London Gatwick team. Reporting to the Base Captain, you’ll be the key support for our Flight Operations team, ensuring seamless coordination and operational efficiency at our largest base. Key responsibilities include managing pilot communications, supporting local operational projects, upholding health and safety standards, and collaborating with Ground Ops and Cabin Services to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You’ll also be involved in administration, onboarding new pilots, assisting with HR processes, and maintaining standards assurance. What You’ll Need To Do The Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need to effectively support local operational projects, champion pilot leadership, and manage impactful pilot communications across multiple channels. You’ll uphold health and safety standards, provide performance reports, and ensure exceptional customer service in collaboration with Ground Ops and Cabin Services. Key tasks include assisting in the command process, overseeing standards assurance, handling second employment requests, and managing day-to-day administration. You’ll also facilitate pilot inductions, support HR matters including rank progression, manage pilot medical accounts, and respond to central function requests as needed.

This is a 9 month fixed term contract opportunity working 40 hours per week and based in London Gatwick.
