Key Responsibilities
- Drive, plan and direct Subsidiaries HRMS Transformation Project activities to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters
- Cross-teams and cross–department collaboration with stakeholders to drive business and technology innovation to achieve business unit’s strategic plan and business objectives
- Communicate and escalate risks and issues clearly and concisely and to support management with the preparation of action plans
- Manage the dynamic project team of individuals. Provide thoughtful leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle
- Proactively coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and subcontractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
- Collaborate with Project Practice Manager to improve project management practices across all IT projects. Drive and implement necessary standard and best practices for project management and ensure compliance
- Attention to detail, and ability to organise and prioritize workload for the team
- On call support might be required upon project need
- Lead and apply Agile practice
Requirements
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related area
- Minimum 8 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in project management role
- Proven experience in managing SaaS Application Development projects and working with vendors
- Experience in managing Enterprise Transformation Projects or Enterprise Process Standardization Projects is a strong advantage
- Relevant experience in HR Systems Development is an advantage, especially in SAP SuccessFactors
- Detailed knowledge of the following disciplines: project and program delivery, portfolio management, application development management, infrastructure development management, vendor management, service transition and cutover planning
- Project management related certification such as PMP
- Proven experience in managing OPEX Cost/Budget management
