JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in the related fields
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English
• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in aviation or tourism
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset
• Open to innovation culture

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collect the requests from agencies for scheduled flights via the reservation system.
• Analyze requested flights, and plan additional flights if necessary.
• Organize payment plans for confirmed groups and make reservations.
• Follow the payment of the group amount.
• Complete the refund transactions if any in accordance with the group procedure.
• Contemplate activities to increase group sales, especially by strengthening agency cooperation.
• Prepare a draft analysis of fares and conditions to be applied to the tour operators, prepare the contracts and follow the operators' performance.
• Prepare the monthly agency sales reports and distribute them to stakeholders.
