The Team
You’ll join our dynamic Property & Facilities team, working closely with Procurement, Compliance, and regional managers to deliver best-in-class FM solutions across our estate.
The Role
As Regional Contracts & Facilities Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations for a small regional property portfolio, while managing key facilities management contracts across the business. You’ll be the go-to person for Procurement, ensuring contracts are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant. You’ll also partner with the Facilities Compliance Manager and regional managers to keep our estate safe, compliant, and aligned with in-country regulations.
What You’ll Be Doing
> Leading Hard & Soft FM contract management across the business
> Acting as first point of contact for a small portfolio of properties
> Overseeing supplier performance, SLAs, and driving service improvements
> Ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory obligations in line with contracts
> Partnering with Procurement, Compliance, and regional managers to deliver best-in-class FM solutions
What We’re Looking For
> Strong FM contract management experience (Hard & Soft FM)
> Skilled in compliance, risk management, and supplier oversight
> Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
> Commercially aware with budget management experience
> IWFM, NEBOSH, IOSH, or similar qualifications desirable

Practicalities
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
