Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Simulator Support Engineer III to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in simulator operations, troubleshooting, and support, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. This is a high-priority requirement, and candidates with a shorter notice period will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for simulators.
- Maintain and optimize simulator performance for training and operational use.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve hardware/software issues.
- Document issues, resolutions, and preventive measures.
- Assist in upgrades, installations, and configuration of simulator systems.
- Ensure timely response to operational support requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3-10 years of relevant simulator support experience.
- Strong knowledge of simulator hardware, software, and networking.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
