Roles And Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat
- Sell, up-sell, and cross-sell products and services
- Handle new reservations, ticket modifications, refunds, and fare calculations
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information
- Escalate complex queries to senior team members as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with Amadeus GDS is essential
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused approach with a problem-solving mindset
- Adaptability to new systems and processes
- Willingness to work in shifts
