Role Overview
As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be the face of our events team—guiding clients through the journey of crafting their perfect celebration. You’ll work exclusively with qualified inbound leads (no cold calling)
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and build rapport with inbound leads
- Understand client preferences, budgets, and expectations to curate tailor-made events
- Provide suggestions on event concepts, food & beverage options, themes, and décor
- Deliver end-to-end, consultative sales experiences to build trust and drive closures
- Coordinate handovers to the Operations team after confirmations
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to optimize lead-to-conversion metrics
Requirements
- Passion for sales and storytelling through curated experiences
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience in hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, or events is a strong advantage
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and results-driven mindset
- People-person who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments
