About the team you are joining
The IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) program office is responsible for the implementation and continuous evolution of the IOSA Program worldwide. The IOSA program office is scaling up to create a seamless end-to-end audit process produced in-house.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Audit Operations and be part of a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to make a difference in airline operational safety.
What your day would be like
Supporting the delivery of audits by assisting the
Operations Manager; monitoring and screening evidence delivered to close audit
findings, assist in the finalization of the IOSA Audit Report within clearly
defined timelines. In particular, you will:
- Monitor timelines and deadlines for assigned audits.
- Support Audit Operations Manager in audit follow-up processes by pre-screening corrective action evidence required for audit closure.
- Review and populate audit software with evidence.
- Perform quality checks on audit reports.
- Assist in audit logistics if required.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- At least 2 years’ experience in airline operations including safety, auditing, quality control and assurance, and compliance. Knowledge of safety audit principles, the IOSA Program, and ICAO/EASA/FAA requirements would be an advantage.
- Excellent writing skills in English are essential. Other languages would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure and international environment.
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office suite.
- A university degree in a relevant fieldor equivalent experience.
- Experience in program administration would be an advantage.
