About the team you are joining
The IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) program office is
responsible for the implementation and continuous evolution of the IOSA Program
worldwide.
The IOSA program office is scaling up to create a seamless
end-to-end audit process produced in-house. You would be joining a dynamic team
of professionals dedicated to make a difference.
We seek a Manager, Audit Operations as a member of the Audit
Operations team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Audit Operations.
What your day would be like
Managing the delivery of audits as the
point-of-contact for audit teams, and the airline being audited; monitoring
audit findings, and their closure, to deliver IOSA Audit Reports within clearly
defined timelines. In particular, you will:
- Support the airline throughout their audit process and be their main liaison point.
- Provide technical support and briefings to IOSA auditors during field-work.
- Through your technical expertise, support airlines in audit follow up processes by verifying and accepting evidence required for audit closure.
- Monitor auditor performance through review of audit reports and audit deliverables.
- Formally close assigned audits.
- Execute and improve program operations through projects and other activities.
We would love to hear from you if
- You have a university degree in relevant field, or equivalent experience and qualifications.
- 5+ years’ experience in airline operations including safety, auditing, quality control and assurance, and compliance.
- Working knowledge of safety audit principles, the IOSA Program, and ICAO/EASA/FAA requirements.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills in English are essential.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
