Our client is seeking a
Technical Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience, responsible for leading SharePoint Online migration projects, gathering business requirements, and supporting IMT services across the organization.
Must Have Skills:5 years experience-
- Translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements in enterprise IT and content management environments
- As a project coordinator within an IT team in a complex technical projects
- Defining project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders across departments
- With complex SharePoint projects including metadata, workflows, forms, and UI customization
- With development and support of Microsoft SharePoint 2016 and Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online
- Developing integrated system and technical design specifications
- Analyzing process maps, descriptions, and data flow diagrams of complex business processes
- With design, development, and implementation of complex IT solutions
- Creating documentation for diverse initiatives and IT projects
- With IT service management and related applications
- Managing projects with shifting priorities, timelines, or requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide IMT support and stakeholder engagement across all CCS-supported systems
- Investigate and coordinate IMT changes related to organizational realignments
- Lead stakeholder consultations and facilitate meetings
- Create business, functional, and technical requirements documentation
- Organize and lead project meetings, including status updates
- Develop planning documents for initiatives and services
- Escalate unresolved issues and risks with recommendations
- Ensure deliverables align with scope, timelines, and IMT standards
- Maintain project documentation in SharePoint and provide regular status updates
- Apply project management methodologies and governance tools
- Document technical recommendations and provide guidance to stakeholders
- Participate in proof-of-concept initiatives and oversee limited production rollouts
- Ensure quality control during production implementations
- Communicate operational policies and interpret their business impact
- Review service and technology requests and assess operational implications
