Tasks
The focus of your internship will lie in supporting the transformation team in developing and pushing new distribution and payment strategies. You will support the team in their day-to-day operations but at the same time will have dedicated exciting and strategic projects.
- Support in strategic development, implementation and monitoring of success for the Distribution & Payment Transformation team
- Develop communication material on airline distribution and payment for knowledge management throughout the global sales organization
- Benchmarking and research on trends, competitive analysis in the world of airline distribution
- Proactive, close interaction with relevant stakeholders within the Global Sales & Digital Retailing teams
- Organize events and (team) offsites
- Supporting our project teams from planning to execution, PMO support
- Support on day-to-day operations for the distribution and payment transformation team
Requirements
You are the right person for this role if you have an interest in strategy development and digital technology, can think conceptually, have analytical and project management skills, and are a strong collaborator and communicator – we are looking forward to your application!
- Workload Specification: For this position, a 100% workload is preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in a Business, Economics, IT domain or similar
- An interest in digital technology and trends in the aviation industry
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with ability to quickly understand interlinks in a complex environment
- Proactive mindset with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn quickly
- Eager to work together with a wide variety of people across different international locations
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good spoken and written English skills
- Willingness to travel
- Very good MS Office and project management skills
