Job Purpose:
To conduct supportive statistical analysis to quantify and analyze risks that affect corporate, jobholders shall also assist colleagues in handling related matters by sharing previous knowledge and experience.
Main Accountabilities:
- Follows all relevant policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Implements the day-to-day operations assigned to the area of work, ensuring compliance with the established standards and procedures.
- Review all risk management results with concerned departments and assist in understanding the effectiveness of controls through (key risk indicators) and their solutions towards organizational strategy.
- Reviews compliance reports and assesses their relevance to emerging risks, suggesting enhancements as necessary.
- Communicates all results and findings to superiors while providing solutions when necessary.
- Documents and ensures communication of key risks.
- Analyzes areas of potential risk to corporate assets, recommending ways to control or reduce risk.
- Assists in developing or implementing risk assessment models or methodologies.
- Conducts statistical analyses to quantify risk, using statistical analysis software or econometric models.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant safety and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department guaranteeing employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude.
- Perform any other related tasks assigned by THE direct supervisor.
Education Degree:
Bachelor or master’s in Business administration, Risk management, Finance, Economics, Statistics and Mathematics.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years work experience , 2 of which in the same field and 1 year in supervisory level.
Qualification:
Professional certification such as: GRCP or CGRC or CRMA is preferred.
