- Drive Qantas’ Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) partnerships and Scope 3 decarbonisation strategy across the Asia-Pacific
- Work with senior corporate leaders and industry partners to expand the Qantas SAF Programs

As the
SAF Partnership Manager APAC, you’ll be instrumental in driving Qantas’ Scope 3 Customer Management and Lead Generation initiatives across the region. In this role, you’ll not only focus on expanding the Qantas SAF Coalition and other programs we are establishing by engaging senior corporate leaders, , but also on nurturing and strengthening the valuable relationships we’ve already built. Your efforts will be key to maintaining partner commitment and satisfaction as we accelerate the decarbonisation of aviation through Sustainable Aviation Fuel.
Reporting to the Head of SAF APAC, you’ll develop and execute go-to-market strategies, craft compelling SAF value propositions, and serve as a visible ambassador for Qantas at industry forums and advocacy groups. You’ll also provide expert guidance on SAF regulatory frameworks, certification schemes, and be the source of market intelligence for the wider team, ensuring Qantas continues to lead in SAF adoption and innovation. Additionally, you’ll play a vital role in building Qantas’ brand recognition as a sustainability leader throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

You’ll need to be a self-starter, able to work autonomously, think strategically, and influence a wide range of stakeholders both inside and outside the business.
You’ll have –
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the low carbon fuels industry with airlines, or in airline SAF procurement and/or customer-facing SAF programs
- Tertiary qualifications in business, sustainability, procurement, sales, or a related field is highly desirable
- Proven track record in commercialising intangible products (e.g., Scope 3 emissions, sustainability solutions)
- Strong experience in SAF, sustainability, or Scope 3 emissions on either the buyer or seller side
- Existing network in corporate APAC, particularly in Singapore, Japan, Korea, India, and Hong Kong is highly desirable
- Exceptional presentation and rhetorical skills; able to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- High commercial acumen and drive to build programs from scratch
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales/account teams
- Familiarity with SAF-related regulatory frameworks and commercial contracting processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, suitable for diverse audiences including technical experts, commercial teams, and senior leadership
- Creative mindset with a flair for brand development and strategic storytelling
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the region
