Who Are We Looking For?
- College graduate
- Preferably with airport operations experience or administrative background
- Strong communication and coordination skills for working with internal teams, government agencies, and service providers
- Ability to handle complex inquiries, conduct basic investigations, and provide appropriate resolutions or endorsements
- Capable of supporting policy implementation, process improvements, and system enhancements across Outstations
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to prepare reports, validate documents, and assist in operational planning
- Able to participate in audits, compliance activities, and station visits
- Comfortable assisting with personnel-related tasks, such as training coordination, manpower requests, and evaluation support
- Demonstrates reliability, integrity, and awareness of safety and security standards
- Can work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to operational demands
What’s The Role All About?
- Provide operational and administrative support to all Outstations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and timely resolution of concerns.
- Address and respond to queries, issues, and referrals from Outstations, government agencies, and internal departments.
- Conduct or coordinate investigations on passenger complaints and operational issues, ensuring proper documentation and resolution or escalation.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, service providers, and regulatory agencies to support Outstation operations.
- Support the implementation of quality audit findings, process improvements, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in station visits, audits, assessments, and provide temporary manpower augmentation when required.
- Prepare memoranda, reports, and operational recommendations for management review and dissemination.
- Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards, including SMS and SeMS procedures.
- Contribute to incident reporting, compliance investigations, and follow-up actions on non-compliance issues.
- Support performance monitoring, workload allocation, and coordination of team activities to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Assist with manpower sourcing, hiring activities, and training coordination for Outstation personnel.
- Validate administrative and financial documents prior to managerial approval, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Participate in budget preparation, analysis, and cost-efficiency planning for Outstations.
- Provide logistical support, including procurement, inventory coordination, and resource utilization.
- Assist the Manager and VP-AOD with administrative, operational, and technical tasks as needed.
