What’s The Role All About?
Responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the system; Supervises and provides guidance to cargo service provider staff, increases their technical knowledge through training, coaching, and mentoring; Ensures systems database are updated and systems properly utilize by end users; oversees project implementation
Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor's degree preferably related to Information Technology (IT)
- Open to candidates with at least two years of relevant work experience or fresh graduates
- Must know or have a background in programming
- Must have a strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills
- Must be detail oriented and proficient in MS Applications
- Has background in System Modification
Major Responsibility Areas
- Maintain and update cargo systems’ databases to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Optimize system utilization and promptly report any downtime to ISD or the system provider
- Collaborate in the planning and implementation of automation projects
- Analyze system performance for functionality and efficiency, and request enhancements as needed
- Review, evaluate, and test proposed system modifications
- Recommend hardware purchases to support cargo automation initiatives
