Position Summary
As a Specialist IT Administration at Jet Aviation, you will be responsible for supporting the IT infrastructure and services for our global user community. Your primary focus will be providing 1st and 2nd level support for day-to-day operations involving operating systems and standard business applications. You will collaborate closely with various IT teams and business partners to implement and maintain technical solutions on a global scale.
Main Responsibilities
• Deliver first-level remote service desk support via phone and online tools to internal global users.
• Provide local on-site desktop support as required.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office suite, and other assigned applications.
• Manage and track Incidents, Requests, Tasks, Problems, and Changes using ITSM ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while maintaining and updating technical support documentation.
• Assist in testing and deploying new applications and enhancement patches
• Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network
Minimum Requirements
• Experience with Windows 11
• Understanding and administration of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
• Knowledge of Android and iOS device management
• Proficiency in Office 365 applications
• Familiarity with Active Directory
• Experience with ServiceNow is advantageous but not mandatory
• Solid understanding of ITIL principles
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and workload
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Excellent English communication skills
