About The Role
We are recruiting for a
FBO Bell Host, to be based in Doha, Qatar.
Dedicated to ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of airport handling operations. Will deliver courteous and effective luggage handling services to passengers by assisting with baggage collection, loading and unloading luggage, providing wheelchair support, and safeguarding passengers' belongings.
As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:
- Assist passengers with the handling of their luggage, including carrying, loading, and unloading items to and from trolleys, vehicles, and designated airport areas.
- Provides courteous and prompt service to passengers at all times, providing extra special care to Specially Abled Passengers.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and employees’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment.
- Assist with manual transportation of luggage to the check-in counters.
- Assist customer service agents with check-in activities.
- Place luggage on scales and assist passengers with the check-in process. Affix baggage tags onto checked-in baggage.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Management.
- Ensure full awareness of work health and safety requirements and expectations in order to minimise health and safety risks for self and colleagues.

Qualifications
About you
The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Basic Literacy and Numeracy skills
- Command of English language and excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to provide first class service at all times in high pressure environment
- Have a general understanding of Safety and security environment
- Knowledge of Arabic language, preferably
