Job Purpose
We are looking for a proactive, results-driven professional to join our Brand Activations & Partnerships team on a temporary basis during our peak activation season.
This is a fixed-term role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to gain hands-on experience managing high-impact brand initiatives and strategic sponsorships. The selected candidate will play a key role in the comprehensive management, execution, and follow-up of our sponsorship agreements with sports, brands, music, public institutions, and other strategic partners.
This role is primarily centered on institutional collaboration, leading the execution of projects with public institutions, city councils, tourism boards, and airport authorities, while maintaining selective support across strategic brand activations. The position focuses instead on the coordination of strategic institutional projects.
The role contributes directly to enhancing institutional visibility, strengthening public-sector collaboration, and reinforcing our positioning in the market.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks
- Provide essential support in the coordination and execution of institutional and brand-related projects, ensuring all deliverables are met, activations are properly implemented, and brand presence is optimized.
- Collaborate and coordinate projects with public institutions, city councils, tourism boards, and airport authorities, ensuring alignment, compliance, and effective execution.
- Draft clear and detailed briefs for external agencies (creative, media, production) ensuring alignment with brand strategy and campaign goals. Work closely with Vueling’s in-house creative and campaign teams.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal processes, including contract management, legal compliance, invoicing, merchandise tracking, and hospitality coordination.
- Oversee creative, media, and production timelines to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Manage the creation and administration of promotional codes for barter agreements and troubleshoot any related issues.
- Support the development of innovative and tailored proposals for current and potential partners, identifying mutually beneficial collaboration opportunities.
- Plan and execute the best activations in field: from sports events to music festivals, including institutional activations with municipalities, tourism entities, and airport partners.
- Assist in the detailed measurement and reporting of activation and partnership performance, including ROI analysis to assess impact and derive actionable insights.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience
- At least 2 years of proven experience working with public institutions, city councils, tourism boards, and/or airports, with the ability to lead and manage projects involving these entities.
- Previous experience in activations agencies or communication/marketing agencies will be positively valued
- Previous experience in events coordination and production will be considered
