Responsibilities
- Promote/sell/secure business from existing and prospective customers through consultative and solutions relationship-based approach.
- Manage and ensure the smooth handling of all day-to-day cargo booking activities for the Shanghai & Zhengzhou station.
- Coordinate sales efforts and requirements with reservation, accounting and operation teams.
- Liaise with Turkish Cargo Headquarter team for tracing and provide necessarily follow up with customers
- Respond to customers’ questions, problems, requests and/or complaints.
- Represent and promote Turkish Cargo within cargo industry community.
- Report to Shanghai Regional Cargo Manager.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Logistics or Business-related disciplines will be an advantage.
- Working experience in Airlines or Logistics related industry, knowledge in the cargo business with commercial sales, operations and business development will be an advantage.
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Result oriented and possessing strong negotiating skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Must be receptive to flexible work hours, holiday/weekend coverage and travel expectations.
- Proficiency with PC Window applications such as Word, Excel and Power Point.

- 与土耳其航空货运总部及其他站点团队联系以追踪、跟进客户的相关事宜。
- 回复并处理客户的疑问、问题、需求和/或投诉。
- 在货运行业内推广土耳其航空货运的产品与服务。
- 向货运销售经理进行事务汇报。
要求
- 持有物流或商务相关专业学位者优先。
- 具有航空货运或物流相关行业经验者优先考虑;
- 优秀的人际交往、沟通和表达能力。
- 以结果为导向,具有较强的协商能力。
- 能够与企业内部同事和外部客户建立良好的关系。
- 能够接受灵活的工作时间,包括假期/周末工作或偶尔出差。
- 熟练使用Word, Excel, Power Point等办公软件。
