Position Summary
Systems department will support the Vent Master, Intraflow, Change Over, and other Proccess Analytical product lines.
Responsibilities
Understanding pneumatics and electronics
Basic blueprint reading
Accurately pull components according to work instructions and assemble precision systems, regulators, valves and other componentry (this includes testing sub-level components and full systems – troubleshooting any issues will also be required)
Using basic hand measuring tools, drills and saws to fabricate systems as needed
Pressureand functional testing of components (valves, filters and regulators) and complete systems
Technician would be required to understand system flow, pressure and component layouts
Package and box units in accordance with work instructionsand suggest ways to improve current packaging approach
Maintain supply of components in work cell
Ability to troubleshoot complex architectures and diagnose root causes for leaks and functional test failures
Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals
Utilize lean principles
Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications
Education,CredentialsandPreviousExperience:
TechnicalDepthandBreadth:
- Strong technical aptitude
Abilitytounderstandbasicstandardinstructionsandorderspecifications.
Basic hand measuring tool use.
Basic blueprint readingand customer mark-ups with changes to system schematics
Workingknowledgeofbasicsimplemechanicalmechanisms.
Willingness and ability to use drills, saws, hand wrenches and torque wrenches; as well as tube cutting and bending tools.
