About the team you are joining
The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the
delivery of consulting projects and the business development efforts in IATA consulting.
What your day would be like
The Assistant Manager is expected to:
1. Collect data and research information pertaining to aviation
stakeholders including airports, airlines, civil aviation authorities, cargo
operators and ground handlers, through desktop research, interviews, and
database usage.
2. Carry out analysis and develop models using Excel or any
other software applications.
3. Prepare written reports (in Word or Powerpoint format)
required for the delivery of the consulting projects.
4. Take part to business development initiatives:
identification of business leads, press reading, participation to commercial
meetings, preparation of Expression-of-Interests, support to the Sales team and
preparation of technical proposals.
5. Support administrative processes: revenue and purchase
contract preparation, travel organization and appointment making.
We would love to hear from you if
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering;
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as an Aviation Consultant;
- Excellent PC skills, particularity with MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and MS Project;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

- Flexible team player;
- Openness to travel;
- Spanish would be an asset.
