Job Title: Airframe BRM/BAT Electrical Technical Lead
Job Description:
The job holder is placed under the authority of the Structures - Aerostructures Data Management Team in the Airframe Department within Airbus Group India Private Limited.
The BRM Technical Lead is responsible for the critical final validation of new or modified systems and applications against established business requirements and processes.
As a Airframe BRM Tech Lead for Electrical, you will be joining the emerging Agile SAFe and will be responsible for the entire Business Acceptance Test (BAT), This role bridges the gap between technical delivery and business validation, ensuring that solutions meet stringent quality standards and deliver expected business value before launch.
Main Activities:
Define aBT/BAT strategy (Business Acceptance Test), Test Scenarios, Test cases, Test scripts, feature/capability coverage matrix, data flow diagrams and test data specifications
Secure the setup, stability, and maintenance of the dedicated BAT environment. This includes collaborating with DevOps/System teams to manage deployments, configurations, and connectivity.
Prepare Business Test strategy, organize HP Quality Center (HPQC, now known as ALM) & manage
Define and execute the strategy for realistic, representative test data required for comprehensive business process testing
Lead Business Test Executions and Defect Management - Organize and drive daily defect drum beats
Identify, plan and manage Business Testers (along with their budget expectations) including suppliers if relevant as agreed with Program, Project & Procurement
Prepare and Manage the Business Test Campaign
Support in managing Data Compliance (EE/Export Control/GDPR/IP requirements/data segregation) for Electrical Large Solutions
Support business users on technical concepts, proper tool usage
Manage conclusion of Business Testing and get sign off from key stakeholders
Skills:
Functional Knowledge on Product Data Management (Product Structure, Release Process, Change management, BOM, etc.) on Single Aisle/A350/A380 programs.
Sound understanding of Downstream feeding from Design office to Manufacturing and Customer Services landscape
Understanding and experience with Agile methodologies
Extensive knowledge and experience in the following Functional Electrics, Electrical System Installation engineering toolsets
Configuration Management principles
Experience working on different Project Management methodologies like Waterfall/Agile/DevOps preferred
Knowledge of PM&T documentations, DE.PA referential (Instructions, Procedures, PSD’s etc.) preferred
Qualification:
B.E / M.E / M. Tech / Mechanical/Aeronautical/Automotive
Experience:
Preferably 5 to10 years of relevant experience
