Job Description
The selected candidate for this position is required to perform the role of Operations Capability Development (OCD) Execution Project Manager (PM). This PM is responsible for ensuring capability precedence from the Operations Capability Database is planned and prioritized to support 1LMX adoption milestones in the Operations Transformation Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). The PM will drive the day to day execution of teams performing capability development tasks and will provide status and metrics on performance to the plan. The PM will also be the Operations interface with IT providing Operations Business Requirement Packages (BRPs) and coordinating support for planned releases.
This position is for Fort Worth, Texas.
