Job Description
This Quality Engineering Position supports the AMMM Quality team in meeting program objectives and interfacing with customers. The role includes:
- Customer interface in communicating program performance, continuous improvement initiatives & fielding customer concerns/needs
- Root cause, corrective action, and closeout for production program issues
- Data integrity & analytics
- Program level metrics and communications
- Facilitation of customer engagements
- Production floor integration
- Supporting and Leading Corrective Action Boards

Desired Skills
- C-130J product knowledge/build area experience
- Familiarity with C-130J systems to include SFM, Apriso, DIMS, etc
- Green belt and Six Sigma certification is a plus.
Knowledge of RCCA/PFMEA/APQP
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- High energy, self-starting, team player who achieves goals
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Self-starter with effective time management skills
- Experience in programming/data visualization using Tableau, Python, VBA or similar programs
