Job Description
You will be the
Manufacturing Planner Staff for the
Production Planning & Control (PP&C) team. Our team is responsible for planning activities associated with Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions and supporting program‑wide manufacturing activities across multiple Missiles & Fire Control sites.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Planner Staff you will be the hub that synchronizes material flow, kit releases, and hardware shipments for a fast‑moving development program transitioning to production.
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Create and maintain MRP schedules, work orders, and kit releases to meet dynamic program demands.
- Coordinate hardware shipments between Orlando and other MFC sites, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Program Management to prioritize work on the production floor.
- Monitor inventory levels, generate move orders, and resolve bottlenecks that could impact production cadence.
- Support facilitation and capital‑planning efforts, traveling up to 25 % as needed.

Desired Skills
Ability to work with multiple levels of management, industry, peers, a represented workforce or business.
Windchill and MPMLink experience,
Previous working experience with engineering drawings and parts lists.
Inventory Control and material handling knowledge, including familiarity with material requirements and Receiving/Warehouse/Shipping areas of responsibility.
