Tasks
You will rebuild central elements of internal communication in the Original Equipment and Special Aircraft Services segment and support change activities in terms of communication. The role offers plenty of scope for your own ideas and independent work.
You will work closely with various stakeholders and gain insights into strategic and operational communications work.
- You will develop guidelines, formats and structures for internal communication
- You design and create content for internal channels and implement articles, interviews and videos editorially
- You prepare information clearly and in line with the target group
- You help shape the communicative support of change activities
- You develop concepts for the further development of internal communication
- You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
- Enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's program (gap year)
- BA or MA degree in economics, communication/media studies, PR, internal communication, marketing or similar
- A good sense of language and writing talent
- Structured approach and organizational talent
