Responsible for a production area, he/she ensures the compliance of the objectives in terms of safety, quality, cost, delivery, personnel, and innovation; as well as the administration of the resources in the area. He/she is responsible of the planning, organization, direction and control of the works done in the operational area, complying with the authorities requirements and the quality procedures.

- Supervises an área of operations and ensures the compliance with the objectives S –Q- C –D –P –I, as well as the administration of resources in the area. It is responsible for verifying, planning, organizing, directing and controlling the work of the operational area complying with quality and aeronautical authority procedures.
- Promoter of Quality, Safety and continuous improvement.
- Ensures compliance with Client Requirementsand ensures Quality and HSE requirements and policies.
- Develop and guide the work team.
- Manages production plan in a timely manner in accordance with the MPS.
- Manages the technical human resources of the area (Shifts, overtime, vacations).
- Download horoquartz and SAP reports.
- Productivity Tracking - Utilization; ensures correct registration of horoquartz codes as well as the full day.
- Creates material requisitions - indirect purchasing.
- Manages MIGO processing in the receipt of material purchases.
- Manages and ensures action plan of IGP - 5's - Spot audit – QRQC.
- Manage QRQCN1.
- Ensure that staff carry out quality work in a timely manner in accordance with applicable procedures.
