Position Summary
This position is responsible to achieve seamless on-time delivery of aircraft spares and related materials from the engineering stores by effectively performing warehouse operation activities, supporting the logistics operation, maintaining inventory accuracy and efficiently utilise the available resources within the Supply Chain Management Department.
Key Accountabilities
- Perform effective distribution of aircraft spares, tools, and related materials as required by end users based on priority (AOG/CRI/NRM), using the company’s warehouse management system.
- Liaise with stakeholders within and outside Supply Chain Management department to handle movement of aircraft spares and related materials.
- Reduce inefficiencies at the operational level to minimise delay risks to the airline On-Time Performance (OTP).
- Perform accurate transactions i.e Pickslip, Transfer, DNU, etc. on the company’s warehouse management system to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Provide logistical support for distribution of aircraft spares, tools and related materials to line stations.
- Maintain quality, safety and discipline as per the applicable regulations, standards and/or SOP at all time.
- Perform any other warehousing and logistics activities to support aircraft maintenance engineering activities.
Qualifications and Working Experience
- At least SPM with minimum 1 year related experience in the supply chain/warehouse/logistics industry.
- 1-2 years experience.
Areas of Experience
- Experience in Order Management, Supply Chain Operations, Warehouse & Logistics Operations, preferably within the Aviation, Aerospace, or Airline industry
