Tasks
In this central function, you will support the Process Owner Pilot Schools with strategic and operational tasks. You will prepare management meetings, manage projects independently, analyze data and actively contribute to the further development of the Pilot Schools.
- Content-related support for the Process Owner Pilot School in strategic and operational tasks
- Preparation, organization and recording of executive and management meetings, preparation of decision bases, presentations, reports and analyses
- Independent project planning and monitoring of results
- Analyzing and processing data, creating reports and reports and preparing the basis for decision-making
- Supporting the Pilot School PO in strategic divisional planning and developing process goals, collaborating on process optimization, supporting change processes
- Coordination of internal and external stakeholders
- Completed studies (e.g. economics, engineering, aviation management, project management or similar) or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the field of lecturing, management assistance, consulting or project management
- Very good organizational and communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and structured way of working
- Confident handling of MS Office / M365 (esp. PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Discretion, reliability and professional appearance
- High level of independence, resilience and implementation strength
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Ideally experience in the education, training or aviation environment
