Line Planning Engineer to join our
Technical Operations – Line Planning team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring safe, compliant, and cost‑efficient maintenance planning across our Norwegian sub‑fleets, contributing directly to operational reliability and on‑time performance.

In This Role You Will Be Responsible For
- Planning and ordering all airworthiness activities on the Norwegian sub‑fleets, ensuring tasks are planned and performed within due time
- Issuing work packs for scheduled maintenance, including inspections, modifications, repairs, overhauls, and planned defect rectification
- Coordinating with Part‑145 organizations regarding planned maintenance activities and short‑ to mid‑term maintenance plans
- Continuously reviewing and adjusting planned work and defect rectification when operational changes arise
- Verifying, in cooperation with Supply Chain, that required materials, components, and tools are available as planned
- Updating and maintaining continuing airworthiness records in the maintenance management system (AMOS)
- Optimizing scheduled maintenance events to support on‑time performance, aircraft rotations, and cost efficiency
- Evaluating completed and planned work scopes, ensuring proper close‑out and supporting AMP variations where required
- Optimizing fleet allocation and utilization in line with production requirements, AOC, and sub‑fleet restrictions
- Supporting maintenance program optimization, interval adjustments, and check packaging
- Contributing to cross‑functional projects and ad‑hoc initiatives
- Working shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
You Are Our Ideal Candidate If
- Have experience in aircraft fleet management, maintenance planning, or flight operations integration
- Have knowledge of Boeing 737 NG / MAX aircraft (preferred)
- Are familiar with EASA Part‑CAMO and Part‑145 regulations
- Have experience with maintenance systems such as AMOS (NetLine knowledge is an advantage)
- Hold an Engineering degree in Aeronautical Engineering or have relevant experience from airline planning, engineering, or maintenance
- Are fluent in written and spoken English
- Are comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools
