Job Description
I. Vai trò và trách nhiệm
- Hỗ trợ Trưởng phòng và Trưởng ban về lĩnh vực Điện, Điện tử, nội thất/Giải trí của tàu bay Electrical, Avionics and Cabin Team leader is an agent to assist for his manager and Technical Director in Avionics & Cabin/IFE field.
- Có trách nhiệm giám sát, quản lý tình trạng hệ thống Điện, Điện tử và nội thất/Giải trí của tàu bay; phối hợp cùng AMO khắc phục các hỏng hóc. Electrical, Avionics and Cabin Team leader is responsible for monitoring and managing avionics & Cabin/IFE status; coordinate with AMO for defect troubleshooting
- Có trách nhiệm đề xuất, triển khai các giải pháp chuyên sâu về hệ thống Avionic & nội thất/IFE nhằm tăng độ tin cậy và tiết kiệm chi phí Electrical, Avionics and Cabin Team leader is responsible for proposing and implementing in-depth solutions for the Avionic & Cabin/IFE system to increase reliability and reduce costs.
II. Mô tả công việc
- Đánh giá các AD/SB và ban hành EO/ER liên quan hệ thống Điện – Điện tử và nội thất/Giải trí bay. Perform Electrical, Avionics, and Cabin Airworthiness Directive/Service Bulletin evaluation and issue relevant Engineering Order/Engineering Request.
- Quản lý tổ Điện – Điện tử và nội thất/Giải trí. Kiểm soát và quản lý tình trạng hệ thống Điện – Điện tử thông qua các hệ thống như Skywise, AHM, AMOS. Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật liên quan đến hệ thống Avionic khi có yêu cầu trợ giúp từ Trung tâm bảo dưỡng. Liên hệ NSX, Nhà chế tạo để hỗ trợ kỹ thuật và các giải pháp khắc phục. Manage the Electrical, avionics, and cabin team. Monitor, manage avionics status through systems such as Skywise, AHM, AMOS. Carry out technical support advice for avionics if any technical issue support required by the maintenance centre. Contact/liaison with the Manufacturer/Vendor for technical consultant advice and repair solution.
- Đánh giá các thông báo kỹ thuật như OIT, AOT, SL, SLL, TFU, RIL từ NSX và triển khai thực hiện hành động khắc phục tương ứng cho đội tàu bay. Evaluation of manufacturer requirement/technical messages such as OIT, AOT, SL, SLL, TFU, RIL from the manufacturer and carry out corrective actions for fleet.
- Chuẩn bị các tài liệu thiết kế, kỹ thuật cho cabin theo yêu cầu như: placard, vỏ ghế, rèm, thảm… Thiết kế và cập nhật LOPA và EEL.Prepare design, technical documents for cabin requests such as: placard, seat cover, curtain, carpet… Design and update LOPA and EEL.
- Chuẩn bị hồ sơ, tài liệu kỹ thuật liên quan hệ thống Avionic khi nội thất/Giải trí trong quá trình nhận, trả tàu bay. Prepare documents/technical support for B1 aircraft delivery/redelivery related to Electrical, Avionics and Cabin Team.
- Nhập dữ liệu kỹ thuật AD/SB/EO/ER… vào hệ thống AMOS. Input technical data (AD, SB, EO/ER…) into AMOS.
- Các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Quản lý hoặc Cấp thẩm quyền. Perform other duties assgined by managers
III. Yêu cầu năng lực
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật, Kỹ sư hàng không, Điện, Điện tử viễn thông.Graduated from university or higher in Engineering-related majors, such as Aeronautical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering.
- Tối thiểu 5 năm trong ngành hàng không, đặc biệt trong các lĩnh vực điện-điện tử và nội thất, IT, IFE,… Minimum 5 years in aviation, especially in Airlines Engineering: Avionic, Cabin Interior, IFE, Technical IT…
- Có chứng chỉ Genfarm/Basic/Type Rating dòng tàu bay A320F. Have specialized certifications for A320F (Basic, Genfarm, Type Rating)
- Có hiểu biết về luật và các yêu cầu của CAAV/FAA/EASA liên quan đến kỹ thuật & Bảo dưỡng, quy trình sửa chữa. Having knowledge of CAAV/FAA/ EASA aviation industry requirements and regulations concerning technical, maintenance, repairing processes and procedures.
- Có khả năng phân tích, quản lý và hỗ trợ các vấn đề kỹ thuật thông thường và trong trường hợp AOG. Having ability of analysis and manage and support technical issues during normal work and Aircraft-On-Ground (AOG) situations.
- Có kiến thức về luật hàng không, quy định của CAAV và FAA/ EASA/ ICAO liên quan đến quy trình bảo dưỡng, yêu cầu kỹ thuât. Having knowledge of CAAV and FAA/ EASA/ ICAO aviation industry requirements and regulations concerning technical requirements, maintenance procedures.
- Có kiến thức chuyên môn về các loại tàu bay mà BAV đang khai thác. Having professional knowledge about the aircraft types that BAV is operating.
- Tối thiểu 600 điểm TOEIC hoặc tương đương. TOEIC 600+ or equivalent
- Kỹ năng phân tích, đánh giá. Analytical and evaluating skills
- Kỹ năng tổng hợp và báo cáo. Summarizing and reporting skills
- Kỹ năng đưa ra quyết định. Decision making skills
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và sử dụng phần mềm Office. Communication and Microsoft Office skills
- Nhiệt tình, trách nhiệm cao với công việc, khả năng vượt qua khó khăn. Enthusiastic, highly responsible for the job, ability to overcome difficulties
