Payroll & Agency Coordination: Processing daily/weekly payroll updates, managing timesheets, liaising with agencies for shift bookings, and ensuring all worker details are accurately logged.

Administrative Issue Management: Handling and recording incoming parking fines, maintaining compliance documentation, and resolving day‑to‑day queries from staff and managers.

Reporting & KPI Updates: Updating Microsoft-based KPIs and dashboards, preparing daily/weekly reports, and keeping internal systems and trackers accurate and up to date.
