Who Are We Looking For?
- College graduate
- Minimum of 5 years airline experience, preferably in airport handling operations
- Knowledge of Altea CM, Integrated Passenger Handling, and basic Reservation and Ticketing is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle
- Customer-focused with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Ability to speak a foreign language is an advantage
What’s the Role About?
The Customer Service Officer is responsible for delivering effective and personalized customer service at assigned stations. The role ensures smooth operational handling through close coordination with line personnel, ground handlers, and management, while proactively resolving customer concerns, managing flight disruptions, and upholding Philippine Airlines’ service, safety, quality, and security standards.
Major Responsibilities
- Deliver efficient, personalized, and proactive customer service to passengers
- Coordinate closely with line personnel and ground handlers to ensure smooth airport operations
- Handle flight disruptions, denied boarding situations, rebooking, and passenger assistance
- Issue and approve EMDs, FIMs, CAs, and other service-related documents as required
- Assist transit passengers and manage baggage-related concerns
- Provide consultative support on company policies and customer service procedures
- Prepare daily operational reports and document incidents for reference and investigation
- Support service quality improvements and report operational observations to management
- Ensure compliance with PAL’s Safety, Quality, and Security Management Systems
- Assist in emergency or irregular operations when required
