Electrical Assembler IV
Job Designation
With little supervision will perform processes to manufacture a finished product, using small hand tools and soldering skills per manufacturing instructions in the cell. Highly skilled in various aspects of assembly and skilled in several differing assemblies. Will train Assembler associates as needed.

Job Specifications
Education: High School diploma or equivalent, or combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations.
Years' Experience: Four to seven years’ experience as an Assembler with demonstrated progressive growth in technical skillset and knowledge.
Skills:
Must be skilled in various measuring tools.
Must be skilled in the use of simple hand tools, screwdriver, wrench, pliers.
Must have good eye/hand coordination.
Light keyboard skills required.
Must have the ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Must be skilled in the ability to read and interpret company documents, such as, safety rules, operating and manufacturing instructions, and Company policy and procedure manuals.
Ability to clearly communicate with all internal and external customers.
