- You will work on exciting projects relating to training management, learning management and talent development
- You will work with us to develop concepts and events for the various products and implement them with us
- You support the conception, organization and implementation of an onboarding trip for the 2026 training year & our internal talent development format "Powerhouse"
- You will set up and further develop an internal Learning & Development Sharepoint
- You take on administrative tasks such as the creation of video tutorials, guides, maintenance of Microsoft Teams channels and overviews
Requirements
- You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree course with a focus on education, HR/personnel management, economics, (business) psychology, project management or a comparable course of study
- Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
- You impress us with your drive, creativity, initiative and enjoyment of teamwork
- You like to work in a structured and self-organized way
- Confident with MS Office and a good feel for digital tools
- Initial experience with Microsoft SharePoint is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and English
